About Me
This page is about me and how I started in the photography business and how I got to where I am now.
How it started
My name is Jayden Palmer and I am a portrait and animal photographer, I am 17 years old and have 3 years experience in photography. I have always liked photography from the age of 8 where I captured my first photo which was of the sun setting. After taking that image I would watch for different landscapes that looked eye-catching and send them to Paul the weatherman on BBC news. At the age of 13 I became an apprentice to one of my mums friends that was a photographer at the time where she showed me how to use a camera and the different settings on them while letting me borrow one of hers until I got my own. This is when she asked me if I could help out capturing a wedding she was asked to take, this is when I knew I really enjoyed wedding photography and wanted to go into this genre.

From then on at the age of 14 I got my own camera where I practiced portrait shots of my family and started taking photos of my pets while going into animal photography as I have always loved animals. At 16 I started working at Boarding Kennels to get more experience with animals and I got asked to do a photoshoot on a variety of dogs including homeless ones which helped grow my portfolio.
Experience
At the age of 13 I became an apprentice for a photographer and helped capture a wedding. From the age of 14 I then got my own camera and started practicing photoshoots on my family and pets. At the age of 16 I captured my first wedding on myself which made me decide that I was interested in wedding photography. Since then and turning 17 I have I have captured 3 other weddings which have been a large success in my progression.

At the age of 16 I started working at Boarding Kennels to gain experience with animals and I just love animals in general. I have done a large variety of animal photography mainly dogs, which I really enjoy as its my favourite style of photography. Since the age of 17 I have done a variety of photoshoots which include: baby photoshoots, footballers, birthdays, family's, baby showers, animals and weddings.
Creating Just Perfect Photography
I created Just Perfect Photography in November 2021, I decided on the same Just Perfect as I wanted to include my initials (JP) I also wanted my business to be different by not including my full name and just having my initials.
I decided I wanted my own business at the age of 16 when I did my first wedding and started getting more clients. When I first started my business up I wasn't really getting many clients until I started creating more content to gain peoples attention which is when it began to get more popular.
